What it’s (basically) all about: Ueki is back, and is still trying to take out the Robert’s 10 from the inside out. Mr. K has sent him a little help from the underworld- a celestial beast named Tenko who will help Ueki realize his full potential. Will Ueki finally be able to take down the Robert’s 10 and save the Talent of Blank from misuse?

Nitty Gritty: Much like the previous three volumes, Ueki is a good teen selection. There is no nudity, no foul language, and no inappropriate sexual situations. These four episodes deal exclusively with Ueki trying to take out the Robert’s 10 (the group of bad kids determined to do ill will all over the world.)

Robert is still a disturbing little thing, and Ueki’s adversaries are getting more and more creepy as he works his way up to Robert. The addition of Tenko, who is about two stories tall but can also wrap around Ueki’s wrist, helps to fill in the mentor void left when Mr. K got sucked into the underworld a few episodes ago.

Special features include a textless version two ending, DVD credits, and Geneon previews for Elemental Gelade, Strawberry Marshmallow, and Disgaea, all of which are appropriate for all audiences.

Survey says: Good for teen/ Young Adult collections.

Personal Ad: I’m still lovin’ Ueki. He’s a do-goody, “I’m gonna do my best” kind of character, but for some reason is totally not annoying.
